Lame & contrived. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because it was a fast easy read and I supposed the author uses this formula for her books because she is prolific.
Miners looking to strike it rich find much more then gold in the little town of Sweet Town. Troubles and love find them as one hopes to soon make enough too go back home to Paris.
I did not enjoy this at all.
I enjoyed this story more than the last few. It focused on the individuals as well as the couple. Their story had the right amount of drama and interest to fuel it all. I always enjoy series where we see past characters. In this case we saw them but they weren't negatively interfering like they have in other stories.
